WBGZ Radio | Nov 7, 2009 Alton High School's Interact Club is sponsoring a fundraiser next Friday, November 13 to help raise money for childhood cancer research. The St. Baldrick's foundation raises money primarily through head-shaving events. Volunteers, sponsored by family, friends and employers, go bald in solidarity with kids who typically lose their hair during cancer treatment, and Z-1570's Doug Jenkins will be one of the shavees at this event.
