William L. “Bill” Sinclair, 63, passed away at 7:48 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Born June 30, 1954, he was a son of Harold W. and Norma L. (Schobernd) Sinclair.
Bill was a welder for 25 years.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 23 years, Marla D. (Burroughs) Sinclair of Rosewood Heights; his children, Scott and his wife Judy of Florida, Ryan and his wife Jamie and Shana and her husband Rodney, all of Edwardsville; 9 grandchildren, Mercedes, Zainab, Zachary, Scotty Jr., Sierra, Faith, Carter, Marlee and Morgan; a great grandson, Kaden; his mother, Norma Sinclair of Roxana; a sister, Leigh Ann and her husband “Dink” St. Peters of Taylor, MS; a brother, Richard and his wife Terry Sinclair of Godfrey; and several extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Sinclair; a sister, Lynn M. Riley; and a brother, James Sinclair.
Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 12 at Paynic Home for Funerals from 4 p.m. until services begin at 6 p.m.
