William Dean Hatcher, 70, passed away Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at his home.

Born Sept. 8, 1946 in Alton, he was the son of Roy Alfred and Anna Marie (Brown) Hatcher.

He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran and worked as a self-employed brick mason.

He is survived by a sister, Rebecca Chester and a brother, Clinton Hatcher.
