Ted Joseph Booten 51 died, Monday, May 23, 2011 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born February 8, 1960 to Everett J. and Pauline (Edwards) Booten. He married Melisa Bertels August 5, 1989 in Alton, IL. He had been a long time employee of Jarrett Industries in South Roxana.
He is survived by his wife, Melisa Bertels of Bunker Hill, IL; two daughters Jessica Sue and Brittany Ann Booten of Bunker Hill; father, Everett J. Booten of Shipman; brother, Mike Booten of East Alton; sister and brother in law, Karon and Kevin Barnes of South Roxana; brother in law, Emil “Chad” Bertels of US Air Force and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother Pauline Booten, two brothers Charlie and Mark Booten, grandparents and step mother, Susan Booten.
Visitation will be 4-7 pm Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Paynic Home for Funerals.
