Roger Eugene Maher, 80, of Wood River, IL, formerly of Granite City, IL, passed away at 11:05 p.m. Sat. May 23, 2026 at his home.
He was born Dec. 8, 1945 in Salina, KS to the late Evelyn Roy.
Roger was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, having served 5 tours during his service. After his military career, Roger worked as a truck driver and mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, James Maher.
