Regina Lorraine Bellitto, 67, of Medora, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026.
She was born on July 12, 1958, in Wood River, the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Edith (Blumstein) Maher.
Regina married Steven Bellitto on November 11, 1977, in Brighton. He survives.
She was a beautiful, vibrant soul. Regina was inspired by the world around her, and she created a beautiful life. She was artistic and found beauty in all things, even the unusual or odd. She cared deeply for her family. Her love and dedication to all those close to her will forever remain. May she rest in peace.
Regina is survived by her husband Steven; two sons, Vincent Bellitto of Seatle, WA and Andrew Bellitto of Medora, IL; four sisters, Pat (Louie) Johnson, Teresa Lahr, Kathleen (Don) Reed, and Rita Scanlon; brother Tim (Lisa) Maher.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
Mass of Chirstian Burial will be held at 10 am on Wednesday May 27, 2026, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Brighton.
Burial will follow at St. Denis Cemetery in Shipman.
