Patsy R. Provo, 59, passed away peacefully at 3:25 am Saturday, February 3, 2024 at her home in Roxana.
She was born on April 26, 1964 in Alton, the daughter of Oscar and Eva (Vail) Lee.
Patsy married Donald Provo on August 25, 2011 in Wood River, IL. He survives.
Patsy enjoyed camping and boating. She was an avid animal lover and shared a special bond with two of her favorite dogs, Mia and Lilly. Above all, Patsy was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Donald, Patsy is survived by her children, Jason (Kelsey) Lee of Springfield, Illinois, Jaclyn (Devone) Hartwell of Bethalto, Caleb Provo of Jacksonville, and Carley Provo of Edwardsville; siblings, Bertha (Tom) Slow of Roodhouse, Charles Lee of Hamburg, and Henry Lee of South Roxana; six grandchildren, Erin Lee, Brynlee Hartwell, Caleb Hartwell, Karlie Hartwell, Carson Devine, and Mylee Simmons; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by four siblings, Ida Lee, Oscar Lee, Robert Lee, Joseph Lee and Richard Lee.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey, Illinois. Funeral services will be at 1 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey.
Burial will take place in the Upper Alton Cemetery immediately following services.
