Neva Beth Crader, 61, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Jan. 2, 1965 in Carrollton, IL, she was the youngest of 13 children of Loya and Madge (Ridenour) Miller.
She married Mark D. Crader Apr. 24, 1992 in East Alton. He passed away Dec. 4, 2014.
Neva enjoyed and worked hard at playing Bingo and Pokémon Go, and reading all kinds of books. She also enjoyed listening to stories on TikTok.
Survivors include her significant other, Stephen Buerke of Otterville; children, Jason Glenn of Troy, IL, Brandon Shaw of Staunton, Leslie Shaw of Roxana, Markie (Sean) Snead of Livingston, IL, Ariel (Caleb Harris) Crader of Staunton, Brandie Crader of Roxana and Rachael Hymer of Florissant, MO; 11 grandchildren, Perrisselizabeth, Kyleigh, Brayden, Emma, Isaac, Abby, Zoey Beth, Chandler, J.B., Lilith, and Cadence; several siblings, nieces and nephews, in addition to all her rental kids.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 3 at Paynic Home for Funerals from 2 p.m. until services begin at 4 p.m.
