Mary Alice "Becky" Wieseman, 84, of Bunker Hill, IL, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at her home with family and friends at her side. 

She was born September 3, 1936, in Alton, IL, the third child to William Kenneth Miller & Alice Mae (Grissom) Miller.  She married Roy Orville Wieseman on June 4, 1955 at the Zion Lutheran Church, Bunker Hill, IL. He preceded her in death on July 21, 2011. 

Together, they raised two daughters, Nancy Jean Perdun of Bunker Hill, IL, Monica Lynn (Gary Dean) Morrison of Bunker Hill, IL. 

She dearly loved her grandchildren, Eric Lloyd (Pintip) Perdun of Gillespie, IL, Max Henry (Hannah) Morrison of Bunker Hill, IL, Caleigh Logan (Nathaniel) Stolte of Bunker Hill, IL, great-grandchildren, Halle Christine, Chandler, Grace, Quinton, Spencer and one more on the way, Baby Stolte who she was looking forward to welcoming this summer. 

She is also survived by her sibling, William Kenneth Miller of Mesa, AZ, sister in law, Dora Miller of Hartsville, SC, nephews, Terry Lee Lockyer, Robert Timothy Lockyer, niece, Ann Zuk and good friend and neighbor, Verlene Klopmeier.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, sisters, Harriet Ann Carpenter, Freda Elizabeth Miller, brother, John Andrew Miller and nephew, Jeffrey Steven Miller. 

She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Bunker Hill, IL. She and Roy delivered Meals on Wheels. She loved the farm and being surrounded by the nature and beauty it offered.  Her best mornings were spent cooking and baking while afternoons were for reading on her porch and waiting to see her grandchildren coming up the hill. She was a kind and gentle soul. 

Friends may call on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at  Zion Lutheran Church, Bunker Hill, IL from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.  Funeral services are Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, Bunker Hill, IL. 

Burial will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Bunker Hill, IL. 

COVID-19 guidelines will be followed including mandatory masks. 

Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church of Bunker Hill, IL or Illinois Valley Economic Development Corporation for Meals on Wheels.
