Jordan Parker

Jordan Scott Parker, 35, of Arcadia, MO, formerly of Fieldon, IL, passed away at 10:55 p.m. Thurs. May 21, 2026 in Granite City.

He was born June 2, 1990 in Granite City to Bernadette (Burke) Winnie and Darrek Parker Sr.

Jordan worked as a tree trimmer and had recently returned from working up North. He was quite a talker and loved spending time with his kids, family and friends, cutting up, taking pictures and especially selfies. He had a passion for everything and his excitement warmed up a room (or annoyed everyone). He was always able to say the wrong thing at the right time. His deep sense of feeling made him one of a kind. He pushed to be the best person he could be, even when the battles seemed rough. He loved to cook and keep in shape, running and exercising. In high school, he had been active with FFA and attended Fieldon Baptist Church in Fieldon, IL. His greatest love was being with his kids.

In addition to his mother and father, Bub & Bernadette Winnie and biological father and step-mother, Darrek & Tammy Parker, he is survived by his 2 precious girls, Raelynn and Jayla Parker, bonus children, Jasmine Thorton, Joshua Thorton and Jonah Planer, brothers, Ryan (Alisha) Burke, Dalton Parker, Scott Winnie and Darrek Parker Jr., sisters, Brittany (Deric) Vonderheidt, Savannah Parker, Sophia Winnie, Kiley (Charles) Gamble, Jade Winnie and Danielle Porvaznik and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Jordan was preceded in death by the love of his life, his fiancée, Kayla Planer.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Wed. May 27, 2026 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory with cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossville Mission Bible Training Center in Crossville, TN.
