Joann Rapp

Joanne P. Rapp, nee Paule, 79, of Fairview Heights, IL, born Tuesday, December 3, 1946, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, IL.

Joanne worked as an insurance broker/customer service agent for Community Brokers Insurance Group in Fairview Height, IL. She was a wonderful friend to many and loved taking care of others in need. She cared deeply for her family and friends. She never said no to anything that was asked of her. She spent countless hours as a member/supporter of the Belleville Gear Jammers Car Club. She was an avid basket weaver, stained glass maker, and flower arranger among many other crafts and hobbies.

She was preceded in death by her:
