Jett Thomas Seal, 60, died at 11:35 a.m. on December 26, 2023 at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital. He was born December 27, 1962 in Alton, the son of the late David Henry and Evelyn L. (Means) Seal. On November 24, 1990 he married Cindy Ruyle in Alton, and she survives. Also surviving are a son, David J. (Becca) Seal of Godfrey, two granddaughters, Lorelai and Maisie Seal, brother and sister, Gary (Glennita) Seal of Alton and Sherry (Tom) Hellrung of Alton, sister-in-law, Sandy (Gus) Noble of Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Lenny Seal. He worked in management in retail and automotive parts. Cremation rites will take place and no services will be held.
