He was born August 23, 1970, in Sparta, IL to Jeffrey Lynn St. Clair I & Janice K Crain St. Clair. He was a bricklayer.
He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey Lynn St. Clair I and Janice St. Clair of Woodburn, IL, children, Jeffrey Lynn St. Clair III (significant other, Courtney Adams) of Jerseyville, IL, Stephanie Anne St. Clair of Alton, IL, Emilie Robin St. Clair of Jerseyville, IL, grandchild, Holly St. Clair and sister, Jennifer St. Clair of Woodburn, IL.
