Janet A. Masiero, 84, passed away Saturday, October 9th in Jerseyville Manor.
She was born in Hardin, Il on Feb 19, 1937, to Carl and Elizabeth Groppel. She was formerly married to Gerald C. Winson and Dewey Masiero.
Janet was a long-time employee of Blue Fountain Nursing Home.
She is survived by her twin sister Janice Dhue and her brother Robert Groppel, her sons Edward Winson (Dora) of Hartford and Steven Winson (Jennifer) of Godfrey, and her daughters Patricia Cox (Randy) of Whitehall. and Linda Hayes (Gary) of Hockley, TX and multiple grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to fight breast cancer.
