Isaac Wayne Fry was born on and went to be with the angels on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, at Anderson Hospital.

He is survived by his parents: Corey Wayne Fry and Hannah Sue Smith of Rosewood Heights, one brother: Malachy Smith of Dorchester, Illinois, his maternal grandparents: Chuck Smith of Belleville, Illinois, Melody Smith of Dorchester, Illinois, his paternal grandparents: Michael Fry of Meadowbrook, Marla Fry of Bethalto, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
