Donna Beiermann, 81, of Bethalto, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Donna was born on January 31, 1945, in Carrollton, Illinois, to Harold and Marcella (Goetten) Beiermann.
She graduated from Civic Memorial High School in 1964 and went on to work for many years in the office for Specialized Services.
A faithful member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Donna found joy in life’s simple pleasures and treasured time spent with those she loved most. She enjoyed attending performances at The Muny in St. Louis and the Alton Little Theater, always appreciating music, laughter, and a good show. Above all, Donna cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, creating memories that will be dearly held by all who knew her.
Donna is survived by her brothers, Ron (Rose) Beiermann and Tom (Patricia) Beiermann; her sister, Teresa (Gill) Weyhaupt; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Steve Pohlman officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, Illinois.
Memorial donations may be made to the Madison County Association of the Blind or to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Bethalto, Illinois in memory of Donna.
