Deborah R. DeSherlia, 69, passed away at 12:58 am on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born on November 12, 1954, the daughter of Richard B. and Evelyn M. (Held) Stevens. On August 4, 1974, Deborah married Freddie E. DeSherlia and they celebrated 34 years of marriage until his passing on August 21, 2008.
Deborah devoted her life to her family, cherishing every moment with her children and grandchildren.
Deborah is survived by her four devoted daughters, Heather (Shawn) Nolte of Bethalto, IL, Brandy DeSherlia of Bethalto, IL, April DeSherlia of Bethalto, IL, and Amber (Evan) Sievers of Bachtown, IL.
She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Zach Nolte, Dawson Nolte, Samantha Nolte, and Abigail DeSherlia; great-grandchild, Marshall Nolte; as well as her sisters, Robin (Dan) Stout of Wentzville, MO, and Kelly (Mike) Meyer of Maryville, IL; nieces and nephews, Karrie (Ricky) Schulte of Wentzville, MO, Lisa Tucker of Shiloh, IL, Alex Blandina of St. Charles, MO, and Jake Blandina of St. Louis, MO.
Deborah was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a brother-in-law, Wes Tucker.
A private graveside service will be held at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, IL.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association and/or the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
