Danny Paul Reed, 49, of Grafton, IL, passed away Sun. Dec. 13, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
He was born July 25, 1971 in Granite City, IL to the late Charles Edward and Nelda Ann (Ingrham) Reed.
Danny had been a mechanic. He loved being outdoors, boating on the river, NASCAR, his dogs, Busch beer and barbecuing.
He is survived by 4 siblings: Nancy (Barry) Spicer of Granite City, Charles A. (Sherri) Reed of St. Jacob, IL, John (Joanie Parmley) Reed of Batchtown, IL and Beth (Butch) Sands of Highland, IL; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved dogs, Skipper and Roxanne.
The family will hold a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Sat. Dec. 19, 2020 at the Grafton City Pavilion on Springfield Avenue in Grafton.
