Born to John and Peggy nee Farley Rutherford on April 23, 1952 in St Louis MO.

Married to Gary Lee Winkle on April 16, 1983 who passed December 12, 2023.

Survived by Daughter Kimberly Ehret and Son Andrew Weber. Along with Brother Mark Rutherford Sister Chris Dickenson and Cindy Mienardi and grandchildren Ethan, Megan, Ariann, Ethan, Dominica, and Jamyson.

Graveside Service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis at 11:15 a.m. July 11, 2024.
