Breanne Ferguson

Breanne Elizabeth Ferguson, 28, at 1:45 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 2012 at her home in Kane from injuries sustained in a house fire.She was born in Jerseyville on Aug. 11, 1983, and was the daughter of Richard Allen & Kim Rene (Short) Ferguson."Brezzy" as she was commonly known attended Jerseyville schools, but was happiest being a mommy, and caring for her two precious children.She is survived by her longtime companion and father of her children, Lucas Stark of Kane; her mother & step father, Kim & Gary Benedict of Lake Ozark, Mo.; her father & stepmother, Richard & Tanya Ferguson of Grafton; a son, Tayten Allen Stark of Kane; a sister, Aleigha Ferguson, and her partner, Katie Smith of Lake Ozark, Mo.; a brother, Richard Ferguson, and his partner, Michael Rhodes of Jefferson City, Mo.; Her mother in law & Father in Law, Sandra & Walter Pyle of Kane Her father in law, Carl Wesley Stark of Godfrey, three step sisters, Miranda Benedict of Garden City, Ks., Casey Rives, and her husband Charles of Rockbridge and Heather Plogger of Carrollton; two step brothers, Cooper Benedict of Jerseyville, and Levi Morgan; her grandparents, Yvonne Short of Carrollton, James Benedict of Jerseyville; her great grandmother, Barbara Oates of Jerseyville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will always miss her sweet personality.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tristan Rene Stark, who also passed away due to the fire; her grandparents,  Kenneth Short, Connie Benedict, Oliver "Bud" & Katherine Ferguson; her best friend, Sarah Kophazy; and numerous great grandparents, inlcuding a ver special grandmother, Elma Gallatin, and her mother in law, Pattie StarkCombined visitation for Brezzy and her daughter will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.Joint funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Assembly of God in Jerseyville.She will be laid to rest alongside her daughter at the Kane Cemetery.Memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
