BETHALTO — Civic Memorial High School recently saluted its senior cheerleaders for their contributions during the football season. The acknowledgement took place as the team transitioned to supporting the basketball Eagles.

The girls are the Tom Lane State Farm Insurance Female Athletes of the Month for CM.
The senior cheerleaders — Parker Wulf, Makenna Wehmeier, Emma Wade, Nicole Cooper, Keagan Thomas, Morgan Zimmerman, Kaylee Shields and Averie Huebner — are known for providing spirited support to fans and their athletic teams.
The cheerleaders also compete in cheer events throughout Illinois, with strong athletic talent throughout the group.
As the school year progresses, the cheerleaders continue to bring enthusiasm to Eagles basketball games while maintaining their competitive presence in statewide cheerleading competitions.
