JERSEYVILLE - A conference title capped the season for the Jersey Panthers Trap Team, which Jersey Community Unit School District No. 100 brought home first place in the USA Clay Conference along with individual awards and wins at the USA Clay State Shoot. The Jersey trap squad is Sparklight Male and Female Athletes of the Month.

At the USA Clay State Shoot, Morgan Fritz earned second place in skeet and High Lady in sporting clays. Louise Bregenzer placed third in JV female, and Levi Geisler placed third in JV male.
In USA Clay Conference awards, the Jersey Panthers Trap Team took first place as a team. Fritz earned High Lady in skeet, High Lady in sporting clays, and third place in lady trap. Parker Logan placed third in male skeet and third in male trap. Annabelle Kadell earned High Lady in trap.
Specialty awards included Logan being named to the USA Clay All-State Trap Team. Fritz was named High Lady State of Illinois for the season in skeet and sporting clays.
Milestone awards for 25 straight went to Fritz, Finlee Heckrodt, Kadell, Logan, and Tucker Woolsey.
The district also thanked sponsors for supporting the team.
