CARLINVILLE - Carlinville’s Kaitlyn Reels reached two significant career milestones during the Cavaliers’ 58-26 victory over Bunker Hill in the Carlinville Holiday Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025.

Reels scored 21 points in the game, marking her 1,000th career point with her first basket of the day.

Later in the first half, she made her 200th career three-point field goal, becoming the first Lady Cavalier player in the history of the program to reach that milestone.

Her sister, Ruthie Reels, contributed 14 points to the team’s win. With the victory, Carlinville improved to 5-9 on the season, while Bunker Hill’s record dropped to 1-11.

The Cavaliers celebrated Reels’ achievements as outstanding accomplishments for the program.
