Baugh, an outfielder and pitcher, signed to play at Linderwood University in St. Charles, Mo., while Eberlin signed with Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
Last season, Baugh hit .311, with no home runs and 15 RBIs, and had an equally successful season on the mound, starting nine games in 12 appearances, going 7-0 with a 0.15 ERA, pitching 45.3 innings, allowing 32 hits, all singles, walking 12 and striking out 38 batters. He's expected to be a key player for the Lions in the Ohio Valley Conference, which also contains SIU-Edwardsville.
Eberlin is exclusively a pitcher for the Tigers and possesses a good fastball and slider, along with deceptive curve balls and sliders.
Last season, he went 1-3 in four starts and 12 appearances on the mound, sporting a 3.82 ERA, giving up 17 hits, all singles, while walking 13 and fanning 39. He had showed an interest in the Horned Frogs since his freshman year, and will join the Big XII school in the spring of 2027.
Both Baugh and Eberlin are expected to make major contributions to the Tigers this coming season, as Edwardsville comes off a 26-11 season in 2025, being eliminated in the IHSA Class 4A sectional semifinals by O'Fallon 2-1 on June 5.
