“We had a rough game last night, but overall I am really proud of this group,” Coach Sykes said. “Winning a regional with a 19-win season is very solid. The girls worked hard and definitely improved over the course of the year.”

Pleasant Plains was led by Anna Weber with 14 points and Bailey Leach with 10.
Coach Sykes said the team will graduate five seniors.
“We will surely miss our five seniors," she added. "They provided a lot of our minutes, scoring, and leadership. We do have some younger players that I am looking forward to working with, who will be back for next year. They are eager for their shot.”
