EDWARDSVILLE – SIUE baseball senior Chase Bloomer (Ottawa, Kansas) has received Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week honors after a standout performance against Eastern Illinois last weekend.Bloomer hit .533 for the weekend going 8-for-15 at the plate. He added a double, three homers and seven RBIs.
