Semith, who will play for Roosevelt on its primary campus on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, leaves Edwardsville with significant career milestones, according to Edwardsville Athletic Director Amy Boscolo.

Roosevelt was 8-20 overall in 2025-2026, and Semith should help its cause in 2026-2027 with her scoring and rebounding abilities.

“Mia Semith has been one of the top players in our program’s history,” Boscolo said. “She became the 21st player in school history to reach 1,000 career points and is among a select group to also record 500 rebounds.

"Her consistency and impact on both ends of the floor have set her apart. We look forward to her continued success at Roosevelt University.”
