JACKSONVILLE – Luke Worrell, ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) with Worrell Land Services in Jacksonville, IL., was awarded the distinguished Land REALTOR of America Award by the REALTORS Land Institute at a Leadership Awards ceremony on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, during RLI’s 2026 National Land Conference in San Antonio.
This year marked the 20th Anniversary of the National Land Conference. The Land Realtor® of America Award recognizes RLI members for their effort and work expended in the interest of their fellow members, their profession, and their community.

Worrell has been a key contributor at RLI having served the Institute in several capacities including as 2023 National President. Aubrie Kobernus, CEO of RLI, stated, "Luke has a professionalism and spirit of giving that distinguishes the Land REALTOR® of America from others. He gives back to our organization, his fellow members, and his community while not asking for anything for himself." “It is an incredible honor to receive this award. RLI has forever shaped who I am. Any contributions I make within the organization, and within the land industry as a whole, pale in comparison to the ways in which they have grown me as a land professional,” said Luke Worrell, ALC upon receiving the award.
Worrell has long been recognized at the National level within RLI for his accomplishments within the land real estate industry, having received the ALC-to-ALC Networking Award in 2017 for the largest ALC-to-ALC land transaction nationwide based on sales volume.
He also was awarded the 2018 RLI Rising Star Award, an annual honor conferred to an aspiring leader within the land real estate industry. In addition to his involvement with RLI, Worrell is currently serving the American Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers as District Vice President for Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.
