LOUIS – Republic Services is set to pay $200,000 to settle a federal lawsuit alleging sex discrimination in the company’s hiring practices.The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the lawsuit settlement on Friday, April 10, 2026 against Allied Services, LLC, doing business as Allied Waste Services of the Ozarks / Republic Services of the Ozarks.
