TROY, IL. - A fundraiser campaign organized by Stormy Biehl has been launched to support Cory Huebner and his four sons after Cesilie N. Huebner, 35, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, following a crash on Scott-Troy Road.Huebner, of Ellington Drive in Troy, died at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026, in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O’Fallon.
