SPRINGFIELD – In preparation for the launch of its new Control & Compliance Portal, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) is encouraging licensees to register their ILogin account by Feb. 18, 2026. Today is the first day of the scheduled blackout period, but licensees will be able to resume all licensing and compliance activities once the new portal goes live.

The ILCC Portal is a major milestone in the agency’s ongoing efforts to modernize services, enhance regulatory transparency, and to better support Illinois businesses by bringing licensing, renewal, and reporting processes into a single, streamlined digital platform.

“This launch represents a significant step forward in how we serve the public. This is not just a technology upgrade, it’s a service upgrade,” said Executive Director, Lisa Gardner.

By creating an all-in-one portal, licensees will be able to manage applications, track requirements, and fulfill compliance obligations, saving time while gaining greater clarity and confidence in the process. The ILCC Portal will also equip ILCC staff with improved tools to support businesses and ensure regulatory responsibilities are met effectively. More broadly, the ILCC Portal reflects the Executive Director’s vision for a regulatory environment that balances more efficiency for our licensees, public safety, and enhanced compliance across the board.

Full implementation of the ILCC Portal is scheduled for mid-February. The ILCC will continue to update the public on significant milestones during the implementation, along with improvements to its current licensing process.
