(Photo by Dan Brannan).PETERSBURG - Chloe McAdams had a game-high 23 points, and Blake Driskill and Hayden McMurtie both poured in 16 points each to propel Carrollton to a 73-56 victory over Porta/Ashland-Chanderville Central at Porta High School in Petersburg on Monday, Jan. 6, 2026.

The Hawks are now 14-4 overall on the season and have emerged as one of the area’s best girls teams.

Brooklyn Eilerman had 12 points for the Hawks, and Tessa Price had 6 points.

Rylie Boensel led Porta with 16 points, and Aubrey Vogel had 13 points.

Carrollton led 15-11, 40-28, 57-44, and the final was 73-56 at the end of each quarter.

The Hawks host Jersey at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, and entertain Marquette Catholic on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026.
