COLLINSVILLE — The City of Collinsville announced Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, that Lt. Keith Jackson has been named the 2025 Employee of the Year by the city.

Jackson, who serves as the administrative lieutenant for the police department, has played a key role in overseeing the expansion and renovation of the department’s dispatch center.

He also has been responsible for acquiring and managing multiple grants, including a 2025 grant from Firehouse Subs that enabled the department to purchase emergency medical kits for each officer.

In addition to his duties within the police department, Jackson serves as a board member of the Collinsville Food Pantry, demonstrating his concern for all citizens of the city.

The department highlighted his contributions to both city operations and community functions.

“Keith is not only an integral part of our CPD command staff, but he is also a valuable asset to both city and community functions,” the Collinsville Police Department said in a statement. “Congratulations, Keith, and thank you for your dedicated service to our community.”
