. The event will be held upstairs on the 4th Floor in Classroom 402.\n
\nThe public is invited to learn the latest news regarding development
s in Alton&rsquo\;s historic downtown district\, including updates fro
m new & existing businesses\, news on real estate transactions\, and d
etails of upcoming events and projects.\n\nWhat's Up Downtown is a cas
ual forum that is free and open to the public. Attendees will be broug
ht up to date by Alton Main Street\, City officials\, and other stakeh
olders. After the featured speakers\, the floor is opened to anyone wh
o has news to share about what&rsquo\;s happening with their business 
or organization. Attendees will enjoy complimentary refreshments as we
