changes. In this live learning experience\, we focus on helping young
lives navigate life transitions by building confidence\, resilience\,
and real world readiness. Topics include managing stress\, understand
ing how transitions can affect our mental health\, building healthy re
lationships\, and developing life skills such as communication and sel
