This Labor Day weekend, STL’s Pot Chef is bringing back one of St. Louis’ most anticipated infused food experiences—but this year, the competition is bigger, bolder, and completely refreshed.

Welcome to Blazed & Infused: Master of the Munchies, an unforgettable infused food competition featuring talented canna chefs, pitmasters, bakers, vegan creators, food vendors, local brands, and culinary innovators competing for cash prizes, trophies, special awards, major exposure, and ultimate bragging rights. Past Pot Chef Champs battling it out as the Master of the Munchies.

 

If you love bold food, creative flavors, live entertainment, local businesses, and experiences you cannot find anywhere else in St. Louis, this is the Labor Day weekend event you do not want to miss.

Awarded to the competitor who brings the boldest smoked, grilled, or BBQ-inspired creation of the competition.

We are looking for deep flavor, serious technique, perfect texture, unforgettable presentation, and a dish powerful enough to rule the smokehouse.

This is not the category for playing it safe. Bring the smoke, bring the sauce, and bring something St. Louis will be talking about long after Labor Day weekend.

?? Sweet Victory ($150 Cash Prize)

This category celebrates the infused dessert or sweet treat that completely steals the show.

From cakes and pastries to candies, puddings, cookies, and unexpected creations, competitors must deliver the perfect balance of flavor, creativity, presentation, and elevated indulgence.

One bite could change everything.

?? The High Concept ($125 Cash Prize)

The High Concept is for the risk-takers, visionaries, and culinary rule-breakers.

This award will go to the most imaginative infused creation—the dish that surprises the crowd, challenges expectations, and pushes infused cuisine into exciting new territory.

Unexpected flavors. Innovative infusion methods. Original presentation. A concept nobody saw coming.

This is where food becomes art.

  ?? Green Munchies ($200 Cash Prize)

Plant-based does not mean basic.

Green Munchies will honor the best vegan or plant-based creation in the competition. The winning dish must be flavorful, creative, satisfying, beautifully presented, and strong enough to compete with every other plate in the building.
