Film Flashback Thursdays

About this event

What have we watched at the Starlight Drive-In, Grand Theater, Alton Ciné, and other local movie theaters over the last fifty years? A film series at the Genealogy & Local History Library will answer that question as we come together to watch some of the best movies of that time period. Last year, we focused only on movies from 1973 and held the showings on Fridays, but we’re doing things a little differently in 2024. We’ve switched to Thursdays, and over the course of the year, we will show films from 1974, 1984, 1994, 2004, and 2014.
