Meditate in nature at the Milton Community Garden.

This is a silent meditation focused on grounding, being present in nature and allowing Mother Nature to bring you healing.

Bring a blanket or camping chair to sit on. Dress for the weather.

If it's raining, the meditation will be cancelled.

The community garden is behind the schoolhouse and has a driveway where you can park.

$5/person
