RiverBender / EdGlenToday / Metro East Star is hiring a Customer Success Manager! (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

If you enjoy connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and helping clients get real results, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Promote RiverBender products and services to current and prospective clients (phone + email)
  • Help clients post on our Community Event Calendar and Classifieds
  • Assist with sales support, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Attend local association meetings to share info and build awareness
Bonus points (not required):
  • Social media and/or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with basic graphics or web content tools

Pay: Salary based on experience + commission + bonus opportunities
