EDWARDSVILLE - Edwardsville High School has enjoyed tremendous success early in the season, as Ally Suhre won her fourth straight tournament.
Suhre shot a four-under-par 68 to win the individual championship at the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints Shootout Saturday at Prairie Vista Golf Club in Bloomington, as the Tigers won the team title, firing a 316 to take the crown. Dunlap was second with a 324, and Quincy Notre Dame Catholic placed third at 332, as a total of 15 teams were entered.

Suhre has now won four individual titles in a row to get the season started. She also won the girls Madison County title with a 69, and a 66 to win the Belleville West Invitational to go along with the championship of the QND Lady Raider Invitational.
In addition to Suhre's winning score, Kylie Lintker fired a 79. Emerson Gusewelle shot an 80, and Alexis Hunt had an 87 to help the Tigers win the team title at Bloomington.
Edwardsville next plays in the first round of the Southwestern Conference tournament Tuesday at Fair Oaks Golf Course in Caseyville.
