The Night Market is typically held outside in the greenspace next to Catdaddy’s and Sugar Alley on West 3rd Street in downtown Alton. Due to forecasted storms, Alton Main Street announced in a Facebook post that the “outdoor portion” of Night Market is canceled for June 11. Tonight’s featured band, Miller Floyd, will instead play inside Catdaddy’s from 7–11 p.m.

“Our artists will double down on the creativity for next week,” Alton Main Street said in their post. “Looking forward to seeing you then!”

The Night Market is held from 7–10 p.m. every Thursday night in June and July. The market will resume normal operations next Thursday, June 18, with The Deal taking the stage and a variety of craft vendors selling their wares outside.
