GRANITE CITY — Edwardsville senior Ally Suhre shot a 2-under 69 Tuesday at Legacy Golf Course to win the Madison County Girls Golf Invitational, leading the field as golfers competed for the tournament title.

Marquette sophomore Maggie Pruetzel placed second with a 72, finishing at 1-over. Highland senior Mia Emig was third with a 76.
Three golfers tied for fourth at 78: Edwardsville senior Emerson Gusewelle, Edwardsville sophomore Alexis Hunt and Marquette senior Kaylee Piar.
Highland junior Kendyl Koerkenmeier finished seventh with an 80. Edwardsville senior Kylie Lintker was eighth with an 81, and Highland senior Alex Pokojski took ninth with an 82. Marquette senior Lexi Taylor rounded out the top 10 with an 84.
Alton senior Sabrina Coy finished 11th with an 85, followed by Highland freshman Bella Zappia in 12th with an 88.
Triad sophomore Marlie Wiemers and Triad senior Keylie Cushing tied for 13th with 92s. Alton sophomore Mya Diaz was 15th with a 94, and Collinsville senior Paige Bohnemeier was 16th with a 96.
Edwardsville junior Betsy Gates and Civic Memorial senior Mariana Silva tied for 17th with 99s.
Triad sophomore Lauren Koberna, Father McGivney junior Libby Horton and Edwardsville sophomore Anna Brynildsen tied for 19th with 100s. Roxana's Jennifer Brown finished 22nd.
