According to the case information, Hall was one of two men who stole a BMW X5 on July 7, 2023. Shortly before 1 a.m., the victim parked at the complex when Hall and another gunman ordered the driver and passenger out of the vehicle.

The other gunman then drove off in the BMW, taking the driver’s cell phone and other personal items, while Hall followed in another vehicle.

The unoccupied BMW was found a few hours later.

The St. Louis County Police Department investigated the case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Nichole Frankenberg prosecuted it.
