At approximately 9:31 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, the Alton Police Department received a 911 call from a resident in the 3200 block of College Avenue reporting that a woman was firing shots at their home.
Alton Police Chief Jarrett Ford said officers arrived and spoke with the caller, who was also the victim.
