My mission is to provide results for clients while utilizing the clients' existing treasures in their home. To provide a faster sale for the homeowner in the sale of their house is my goal. As an objective third-party, I can help the seller present a home that feels like it's move-in ready.

Staging consultation - I do a thorough walk-thru of the inside and outside of your property and have a detailed report of the recommendations that are needed to prepare your property.  Then you, as the 'Do-It-Yourself' person complete the staging yourself.  The staging work is done by you.  Once you've completed the work, I'll return and provide finishing touches if needed. 

Staging bid  -  After I walk-thru and do an evaluation of your property, I present you with a bid for me to 'stage' your property.  The work is completed by Staging Impressions.

New home Staging -  For those who are moving into a recently purchased home I can help you decorate your new home by arranging your furnishings. For home developers/contractors with a show home, I can do the shopping and arrangement and placement of the furnishings to create warmth and ambience  to new home buyers.  Most people don't want to have to imagine how the furniture will fit into the rooms.  It's best to make it easier for them to visualize the space with furniture and accessories in place.  I'll check on it periodically to make sure everything is still in its place. 

Rental of furniture and accessories is available on a weekly/monthly basis for homes as needed until the house sells.
